Kidding Schedule:

Rumor is due to kid in November. You can see her on the "does" page. She is bred CHW #9's Werewolf of London. (http://www.chinookwindsfarm.bizland.com) At least one doe will be retained. Bucks $100 intact, $50 wethered.

• Homemade Old Fashioned Lye Soap. I have decided to start making and selling homemade soaps, and currently have Old Fashioned Lye available. This soap is pure white, unscented, and good for the skin. My great grandmother used to use it on her skin and hair before she passed. It is also good to get out stains and grease, and some people use it for their acne and eczema. It sets up very hard and lasts for a long time. I am asking $1.50 per bar, and shipping is $4.95. I am also willing to consider trades, so if you have something interesting, let me know! The image below shows the container the soap comes in, and is next to a can of chili so that you can see the size. Also, keep coming back, I'm going to be making more soaps - scented this time - soon.

Goat Terms:

General Sales Terms: Goats are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If more than one person is interested in the same goat, the first person to send a deposit will receive it. I reserve the right to refuse to sell any animal for any reason. Each goat will come with it's registration papers and a recent history of shots/wormings, as well as a sheet with basic care information. All goats are wormed prior to being sold, and all shots will be updated if any time has passed since it was last given. If you require any health certificate you must send payment for it prior to it being done. If you purchase three or more goats at one time, you will 10% off the overall purchase. I will not sell a single goat to a home without other goats. Goats are social herd animals, and therefore do not need to live alone.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless I choose to keep the goat, or the goat becomes ill or dies. If you mail a deposit, please send a check made out to Rachel Payne. Please don't mail cash, it could be stolen or lost, and I do not want you to lose your money. Cash is preferred for final payment. Upon payment I will send or give you a receipt of payment for your records. Final payment is expected when you pick up your goat. No goat will leave the premises until payment is received in full. If you do not give the final payment and pickup your goat within the agreed amount of time. the goat will be re-listed as "for sale" for anyone to buy. If something comes up, lease let me know so we can work out other plans, because otherwise you may loose your deposit and your goat. I do accept PayPal, contact me for more info about that.

Reserving: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full purchase price will hold your chosen goat for one month (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.) Unborn kids can be reserved simply by agreement- no money is needed to reserve an unborn kid. This is because the kid in question may not be produced, or we may decide to retain.

Shipping: I do not currently ship my goats. I do not have a large enough operation to warrant the hassle and stress (for the animals and myself) for shipping. All goats must be picked up, or if you live a good distance away we may be able to meet you half way, depending on circumstance. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to meet you half way.

Guarantee: I cannot guarantee the height of any goat. I cannot guarantee show wins. All goats sold are healthy prior to leaving my farm (I would never sell someone an unhealthy animal) but I cannot guarantee that the animal will remain healthy after it leaves my land, as it could pick up something after leaving. I do guarantee that if you ever need advice on anything, or have any questions, I will be here to answer them to the best of my knowledge. When you buy an animal from me, you also get an open line for any help I can give you. 

Sales Terms for Other Items:

I will accept Paypal (contact me for information), cash, check, or money order for anything for sale. If you pay with check or money order, it will have to clear the bank before I ship. If you're picking up an item, please bring cash. All sales are final. Shipping must be paid by the buyer if the item is shipped.
